BELOW ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS YOU CAN FAST...
Recommended Foods: A list of foods suitable for fasting is provided. However, individuals with medical conditions, such as diabetes, should maintain a balanced diet, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. It is important to fast wisely and responsibly. Always consult your doctor before starting a fast!
Daily Fast: Engage in a daily fast for 21 days, consuming meals only in the evening.
Fasting Cycles: Consider fasting for two or three days, then having a light meal, such as soup, before beginning another cycle of fasting for two or three days.
Daniel Fast: Undertake a "Daniel Fast," where you abstain from rich foods and only consume what is essential.
Entertainment Fast: Refrain from watching favorite TV shows or cartoons. Instead, spend this time in prayer, playing games, and bonding as a family.
Avoid Fast Food: Choose to abstain from fast food restaurants for the entire duration of the fast or at least half of it.
Snacks: Avoid special snacks like candy, sweets, and cookies.
Leisure Activities: Consider giving up activities you enjoy, such as shopping or playing video games, during the fasting period.
Video Game Fast: Take a break from playing video games to focus on spiritual activities.
Social Media: Fast from Facebook and other social media to prevent distractions from spiritual focus.
Desserts and Sweets: Avoid desserts, sweets, sodas, and chocolate.

Meats: Beef, red meat, pork, fried foods.
Avoid "Guten" soy meat.
White flour and its products.
